| Souhrn apod.: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá pohledem církví a náboženských společností na morálně právní status nenarozeného lidského jedince. Je napsána z pohledu jedné z oblastí teologické etiky, a sice biomedicínské etiky. Předkládá dle vlastního výzkumu stanoviska církví a náboženských společností v ČR a srovnává je s různými teoriemi, které se týkají morálně právního statusu nenarozeného lidského života, s lidosprávními standardy a s právní legislativou v ČR. Lidská důstojnost je pro ni základem a cílem lidských práv a kořen lidské důstojnosti spatřuje již v biblickém pojetí člověka. Výsledky svého bádání a vyhodnocení nabízí sociálním a pastoračním pracovníkům i široké veřejnosti. It is written from the perspective of biomedical ethics attached to theological ethics. The attitudes of the churches and other religious organisations in the Czech Republic are interpreted on the basis of its own research and are contrasted with other theories dealing with the moral and legal status of unborn child, human and legal standards and Czech legislation. The core of this issue is human dignity – the aim of human rights whose origins can be found in the Bible. The results of the research are available to any social and pastoral workers as well as the public. Bakalářská práce se zabývá pohledem církví a náboženských společností na morálně právní status nenarozeného lidského jedince.
